  • My building already has Webpass. Can we switch to Built-In pricing?
  • Yes. Give us a call and we’ll provide your HOA or property manager the paperwork to switch your building to Webpass Built-In.

  • If we order Built-In, are all residents forced to use the service?
  • No. Internet service is provided to each unit, but if a resident prefers they can purchase Internet service from another provider.

  • Can we order Built-In service for half the units in our building?
  • No. The Webpass invoice for the building is based on the total number of units in a building not the number of units using the service.
