The Job
Your responsibility is to facilitate the growth and stability of our network. You will work within the NOC to help design, deploy, and maintain the Webpass network. You will be expected to respond to network emergencies, improve network monitoring and insight, address and revise any network deficiencies, and improve our overall network stability.

You will assist the Help Desk staff with addressing customer trouble tickets and phone support calls. You will be on call to venture out into the city to troubleshoot, repair, or replace any device that fails. Anything and everything that is required to operate our network and keep our customers satisfied is your responsibility. Whenever there is a network issue, you are the first to respond. You are the network hero.
