If your building was built after 1995 and has at least 20 units, Webpass can bring service to you in a matter of days. There are 3 steps to bring our network to your property.

1. Schedule A Site Survey

A Webpass representative visits your property to confirm the building's infrastructure is adequate for the Webpass service. The representative requires access to the roof of the property, the telephone riser pathway, and a typical telecom closet. The entire process takes about 45 minutes and you will get a technical yes or no answer before the Webpass representative leaves the property. Call 415-233-4100 X 1 or email to schedule a survey.

2. Obtain Right of Entry

The property owner or manager signs a Webpass Right of Entry (ROE). The ROE is simple one-page document allowing Webpass to install our network at the property.

3. Install Webpass Equipment

Webpass schedules equipment installation with the property manager. Typically installation takes two or three days of work inside the property. Webpass installs a new radio on the roof, data cables from the radio to the top floor telecom closet, and network equipment in each telecom closet. The work is limited to these areas and will not disturb other tenants in the property.
